• Sometimes the immune response goes wrong. Pick one of the auto-immune diseases mentioned in the lecture, or one of your own choosing, and understand the mechanism(s) underlying the disease.

• Explore further the two processes that appear to regulate MHC-II transport; ubiquitination and association with the invariant chain.
